Put a number on what
disorder is costing you

Hunting for a tool, reworking a part, stretching a changeover: you pay for it every day, and nobody counts it.
This software counts it — then proves it has gone down.

Three minutes per person, per day

That's what an untidy workstation costs. Enter your own figures — the maths does itself.

0 hours / year
0 CHF / year
Over 220 working days. It's the amount that appears on no invoice.

This figure isn't a promised saving — it's your exposure. The software doesn't erase it: it measures it, reduces it, and proves by how much.

Four losses, and not one of them measured

5S isn't about looking tidy. It goes after four losses you can count — and the software hands you the counter.

What costs youWhat the software does with itWhat you read
Searching Marked locations, audited criterion, dated action The criterion "every item has an identified place" goes from 0 to 2 — and you can see when.
Reworking Red bin, identified scrap, knock-out criterion Unidentified scrap caps the audit at 12/25, however clean the rest may be.
Changeovers Posted standard, shadow board for tools Set-up time stops depending on who is standing at the machine.
Getting hurt Clear access routes, ISO 7010 signage A blocked walkway caps the score: the software refuses to mark it green.

The proof is two numbers

5S gets talked about everywhere. Here it gets measured: a score at the start, a score at the end, and the gap. Without both, nothing happened.

40 s

One audit

Twenty criteria in full mode, five in weekly mode — the ones that were poor last time. Standing at the workstation, no trip back to the office.

30 j

Before it counts

The 5th S is not ticked on the same day. The software refuses the diploma if fewer than thirty days separate the first step from the last.

0

Green out of politeness

A zone nobody has audited stays grey and says so. A board that is green only because nobody filled it in is a lie readable from four metres away.

Three refusals that make the difference

  • The software refuses to award a diploma if the final audit is no better than the first. Five ticked boxes with no progress is not a project.
  • It refuses to count a missing measurement as a zero. A criterion that cannot be judged drops out of the calculation. Punish an auditor for being honest and you get grids filled in at random.
  • It refuses to mark a dangerous workshop green. Blocked walkway, unidentified scrap, untreated leak: any one of them caps the score.

Certification is what your customers look at

A client does not visit your workshop. They look at a document — and they want to be able to check it.

Diploma

Internal. It requires a lead, two team members, all five steps and measured progress. The server checks, and refuses with a reason.

Certification on file

We check the starting score, the progress and that it held for thirty days. The certificate arrives by e-mail, with a link you can pass on.

Certification with a site visit — OPTIONAL

An approved auditor comes out and decides on site. It is not compulsory : certification on file stands on its own. The visit is the higher tier, and the document says so in plain words.

Every document carries a reference. Anyone can check it: verify a document. Valid twelve months, renewable through a maintenance audit — a lifetime certification only ever attests to a single day.

Once certified, you are in the network

Certification does not stop at the document. It brings you into an international network of workshops that work the same way — and recognise one another.

You can be found

Your workshop appears in the public register of certified sites: name, town, trade, date. A client looking for a serious supplier finds you there.

You have partners

Partners in every country. A certified customer, supplier or peer speaks your language: same criteria, same evidence, same grid.

You can audit

Your certified lead can be appointed to audit other companies. They join the MECAFLOW auditor network — and what they learn elsewhere, they bring back to you.

That is the loop: certified workshops train the auditors, the auditors certify further workshops. Nobody sells an audit to a workshop they do not understand.

Order the equipment straight from the finding

A criterion at zero, one button, a quote. No catalogue to wade through.

169

ISO 7010 signs

Standardised signage, the same as in every plant across Europe. Size is chosen by reading distance, not by the space available.

Marking and storage

Tape, shadow outlines, red bins, mats, furniture. You build the list in the software and receive a priced quote.

Filtered by trade

A garage does not see food-grade containers. A caterer does not see anti-swarf matting.
